Dramatic images of Chibok girls who escaped from Boko Haram

SaharaReporters has obtained photos of some of the girls who managed to escape from Boko Haram men after they were kidnapped (pictured above with their mothers/relatives) with many of them weeping as they publicly re-tell the horrors of the late night raid on April 14th.

The photos were taken in front of the Government Girls’ Secondary School, in Chibok according to SR, with the remains of the burned out building seen in the background. These images tell a dramatic story of a tiny, and isolated village, Chibok, that the world has now come to know as the site of a mass and disturbing kidnapping. See more photos after the cut...

    2. Scam of life. Sahara reporters, u too? So u guys have now been compromised. OBAMA is a real bastard. The US have paid for ur lives and we are all there looking like the mumu that we are. There are no missing girls. boko haram are not nigerians. ur government knows the story but they all cant talk cos theyve collected and are still collecting the money that they dont even know what to do with it again. Thats y they buy N30m wristwatch n cars and use it to oppress the people that they sold. That's y america can publish slanderous comments about the country and its ultimate head n nothing os being done. Cant y'all see that we r finished. But really check this out, wettin concern foreign celebrities and chibok village that u can't even trace on d map. Do u think they love nigeria @ all not to talkbof that much or they want to famz. What is there to famz in nigeria before. They all belong to a demonic sect that is going to take over the world soon. Dont blame jonathan, he had his hands tied already and na him wife set am up. If he had known he wldnt have entered. I swear i wish I had a bigger platform to reveal all that I know. Ohhhh Fela Anikulapo Kuti, we await ur return....

    1. Not even a sing me scratch on people that escaped such harrowing circumstances. I wonder how they were able to jump from the truck and ran from the bokos with their ankle length ankara. By the way, nature may have cheated them too as they don't look like teenagers. These are grown a** women. Why would borno state government take them to the burnt chibok school in order to take pictures with the burnt school in the background. Was this to make the whole charade credible enough? Biko, sinu ebe a puo!

  5. I still strongly maintain my stance; BH did not abduct those girls; it's highly improbable...Political enemies of Jona did, and their 'real parents' know where they are, the girls may not be aware of what's happening...It's all campaign strategy; playing dirty!..

Lets be wise. It doesn't add up

  130. Thank you very much hilary . Something is very fishy about this particular story ....it was reported that 8 girls escaped and I am seeing more than 40 girls. I think its high time we stop allowing the government treat us like fools and ask questions. Why the discrepancies in the stories....why don't we know the exact number of girls missing....where are their pictures from the school or their families.....where is the principal of the sch and y does she have different accts of how this girls were abducted.....we r talking of over 200 human beings so obviously not 20 men took them they were more...these and many more questions beg to be answered. Its only common sense

  131. This fool saying he doesnt trust Hausa women because the submit to polygamy. Islam permits 4 wives. @list better than having a wife and 6 girlfriends. All this people that show so much hate for Hausas on internet, am sure u have friends that are hausa and @least 1 of them would have helped u 1 way or the other and u make them feel u love them to their faces whereas u hate them so much in d inside. #hipocrisy# people should have the fear of God coz #diarisGodoohh

  132. Asari pls shut up and go to Sambisa Forrest to look around. You sit in the comfort of your home and hotels, spend dollars and yarn dust. Shut up when intelligent people are talking. Hiw much can anyone possibly pay the parents to risk their lives by protesting everyday. Every arranged protest takes less than an hour. The government is embarrased already. The whole kidnap is a mess. Find Boko Haram if you dare mr Asari, with the help of your mummy Patience. The parents were on CNN yestd. Bring back our girls. Period

  133. Linda, please change your title. Your misleading title of this story have ignorant people believing that this story isn't true. Obviously, these are mothers and relatives of the girls. If Boko Haram can bomb and kill hundreds of people repeatedly, why can't they abduct girls? People really need to think for themselves.

Dude if UV never seen 50k and I pay you that, up be surprised how much you will cry. And Linda where is the dramatic picture? Mtchwww. Even Elrufai the barker has not come out to make noise it means he too doubts the situation. The entire Borno state is a scam, the Muslims there are extremely wicked. And for the girls.... 147. If really this is true, we wanna see a video prove and not just pictures. the survived girls should be interviewed, not one person but at lease most of the (e.g 10 to 20) then we can believe that this kidnapping is really cos i've looked in all angles, many things are missing. the story is bent. normally, with other videos boko haram has maid with there victims, the show clear video, why is this one exempted? We need strong proves of the escaped girls so we can tell the story straight and not just zig-zag so that boko will not be taking credits and putting fear in Nigeria. This is a great nation ooo. Let's act like one.
