    1. The person doing the anyanyanyaya doesn't sound like Don Jazzy sha. And Wande Coal, this doesn't prove nada. Who get the song?! Simple question and answer. That he allowed you sing a version doesn't mean he gave it to ya. Abi e give you?! Is there a spoken or written agreement somewhere?! Hia. Please be matured and say the three simplest words known to man, I AM SORRY uncle Don Jazzy. I shouldn't have disrespected you or stolen from you and I apologize and I promise not to do it again, God willing and I thank you and appreciate all you've done for me since we met (Btw, Wande tweeting that slavery shit means that's how he's been looking at his relationship with Don baba J?! Sigh) and I pray God will bless you and your generation and future wife (me) and children and may your pocketS never run dry! AMEN. Thank you for forgiving me (I know my beau will forgive him after the apology) uncle Don Jazzy. Shikena. Three simplest words known to mankind!!!

When he beat a guy up in his club they said he was right, he broke Mohit they said Dbanj did, he flaunt private jet they said he is humble, he lashed wande on twitter they call it maturity. Don can't eat his cake and have it. Since when did he become an artist? And when is he planning on releasing that song? In the last four months Dbanj has made 10times more money than Don Jazzy realized in 2 years. Well, am just wondering how broke Jazzy will be in the next 2 years if it took him eternity to find replacement for Dbanj and lost Wande again.#Most Overrated Producer# If anyone curses me nah stroke and epilepsy go kill your family members. .....and that silly wande's new producer should just shut up already . Everyone has a right to be credited for their own work( s) , if someone previously took credit for your work you should file a suit or speak out there and then....

  56. First & foremost, let it be known that I'm not taking sides with anybody.
That said,I've been Nigerian all my life & I know that we are very lawless & hate to respect rights & intellectual properties. Even if Wande Coal recorded this song with Don Jazzy, they recorded it as a company & they both reserved the right as a company to put it out to the public especially since the song was originally Don Jazzy's idea. Wande Coal putting the song out word for word (especially after going to ask someone else to alter the instrumentation) without prior knowledge of the original composer (Don Jazzy) is intellectual theft & probably a breach of contract. If this case goes to an unbiased court of law, there's no way on earth Wande Coal won't be punished.
Thast said, they should find an amicable way of sorting this out. I hate it when homeboys fall apart to become enemies.

  66. After reading about both parties tweet and having listened to the different version of the song, my opinion;
    1. Original Song belongs don jazzy of mavin entertainment
    2. Wande coal did not inform don jazzy he was going to master the song with another producer, shizzi.
    3. Wande was/is upset because of the word "steal" as used by donjazzy.
4 jazzy was wrong to have called out wande on twitter, that was too desperate and wande too, was wrong to av entered d twitter tirade. Two wrongs...
5 wande, sorry, you made d song better but it is not yours. Therefore, flaming this matter with more offensive tweets and demo dis and dat will not help matters. Call jazzy and work things out, he is "nice" and "easygoing" Lol

  67. Let me see if I can shed more light... to the guy that's asking for an explanation. If Wande is under Don Jazzys label...the label ownS the rights to the song. If wande is stil under contract wit mavin..if wande is stil under contract wit mavin then don jazzy is a helluva nice guy, letting him walk and release tracks and even perform said tracks without taking a dime from him.
Let me put it this way...even if wande wrote produced and sang the song without any help whatsoevr from don jazzy...he CANNOT jst take it bcos it isnt lawfully his. He should have asked for permission.
Every1 ranting and insulting both parties for airing dirty laundry on twitter....maybe you would have preferred if don jazzy quietly prevented wande from performing ever again till he fulfills his contract.
Wande talking about loyalty for 10yrs.... I guess that justifies theft... serve sm1 for a decade and its ok to take wat isnt yours.
People sue others for little copyright thefts that were merely incidental...eg a 30second verse in a song that slightly sounds like the original. .and dats infringement. Wande sang word for word..same beat..and released withou permission or acknowledgment. ... I agree don j shld nt hv done this on twitter.. maybe slapping a lawsuit on wande wld hv been bettr...claiming 50 or even 100 percent right to all his work from 2006 up to kick and rotate and kilaju that hes releasing under sm1 elses label while still under a valid contract. Wande jst wants sympathy. .... don jazzy is sayin u stole sth frm him showing u proof n ur speakin abt 10yr loyalty. ..

  71. In this situation, both songs have the same lyrics and very similar beats. The question is....who wrote the lyrics? Is it Wande, Jazzy, or some other song writer? It's quite obvious that Don Jazzy made the original beat, but who was it made for? Was it for Wande Coal, who was an artist under Mavin Records at the time, or someone else? If the beat was for Wande at the time, was there a release clause on Wande's terms of leaving Mavin records that prohibited him from working on unfinished songs? In other words, Does he have rights to all his songs, both finished and unfinished?

These are some of the questions that come to mind while dissecting this issue. An honest response to the questions will determine if indeed Wande unlawfully used Jazzy's intellectual property without giving Jazzy his due credit

  72. @Bonario.... So u can say "Enough already" when u have made a statement to support your fellow brother. People should try to put sentiment aside when 2 people are dragging matters.

    Naija with their Ethnocentric behavior!

  73. Brother! No group has ever been together forever. It is a natural thing. As individuals in life, during your struggling days, you see group of people coming together to pull their resources, be it financially, talent-wise or otherwise. The struggle to climb to the top is driving force for individuals to come together and work so that they can get to the top. No one person has ever reached the top with climbing a ladder, that you do through people, and it is a mutual thing.

Man by nature is selfish and will always want to look after his selfish interest. He hides those selfish nature in his struggling times, but when he starts to make wave, the selfish nature starts to appear consciously or unconsciously. Don't get me wrong oooo, its a mutual thing. Don jazzy, dbanj, dr sid, wande coal, dprince have all through their coming together in their struggling days made them for themselves and it is time to compete. It happens everywere, the Jackson 5 come to mind. This are blood brothers, but they went their way and micheal Jackson became the most succesfull, plantashun boyz comes to mind. wizkid leaving bankyw's EME is another and the list goes on.I foresee psquare going solo one day, maybe on a mutual understanding.

One question that comes to mind is: can you forecast the future when you are doing deals that involve more than one person. Look, if bankyw ever knew that wizkid will be this succesfull, he would have signed him for 10years and you know what it means for wizkid to leave him without completing such a contract. He will have to pay heavily to leave.

Sorry for derailing bro, but saying Dbanj will be like? observing........Hmmmmmmmmmmm. Do you think even k-switch his brother will be with him forever. All of them cant be forever bro. It is left for don jazzy as a producer to go hunt for talents and keep up with his business. It is life bro. Even in politics godsons turn against their benefactors(godfathers) when they settle down. Independence and selfish-interest is natural with life.

  77. Do unto others what u want dem to do to u.. I like both wande and don jazzy. But wande if u were in don j's shoe will u take dis shits. Even when u left for ur black diamond, he still did kick and rotate wt u. So if na beef he won't be part of it. He's ur boss, feel humble to apologize to him and not exchange words. What u can't take, pls don't give no matter what! Remember he pick u from ur mushin, cleaned u up. God used him to bring u dis far... u shld be grateful considering where u 're coming from. No doubt u need to move on but on a clean note. No one is perfect. Just get off ur stupid pride and apologize. For peace sake

  80. Jazzy knows how to make people see him as d saint , he did d same during dbanj exit from mohit , wande is just another scape goat, I know he will be regretting not to have left after d 1st album dat he wanted to leave, jazzy as usual brain washed dbanj against wande and wande returned to mohit bcos he didn't want to be ungrateful. He would have just soji himself d time dbanj left but jazzy as usual brain washed him against dbanj, no one is perfect but I see jazzy as a snitch, I am just a fan of mohits but I followed d breakup issue with dbanj on my own , I found out jazzy is a pretender that knows how to buy people's mind with pretense, forming to be a humble celebrity. Wande try to make up with dbanj now, I know he will understand and take u back to be a Frnd. Jazzy u can always get d attention u wants from many ignorants but u can't always get it from all reasonable fans of the old mohit u scattered bcos of ur greed.

  82. Since this was done with DJ, it's obvious there must have a collaboration somewhere along the line. Wande should have informed DJ and come to an agreement with him before going ahead to release it. The originality of the song has DJ's signature all over it including the ibo line sang at the end of the song which shows he must have a hand in composing it. Considering the fact that Wande isn't ibo, he would have even tried to switch that part to Yoruba lyrics to make the song more original to him. Can someone please translate what the ibo lyrics in the song means? I don't have a clue and it's a nice song.
Settle your differences DJ and Wande amicably and royalties should be paid if necessary.

  91. jazzy.. He made all the beats for mo hits and mavin till date.. A little secret you do not know is that he sings better than most of them and writes even better than them all. Bangalee and wande inclusive.. Jazzy made the entire song. lyrics, beat, back ups and all.. All wande did was the same thing dbanj did for years. go into the studio to sing what jazzy sang already .. with jazzys guidance bangalee go the songs right. The only difference here is that wande is a good musician and he can deliver without jazzys presence. But still jazzy made a blue print already.. Jazzy is a genius i tell you. i heard baby face and rotate even before wande.. facts only....
