    Ebube I wnt to believ dat band is an xtension of d skirt and not a belt...oda dan dat she looks gorg...ini culd hv worn dat dress without the belt, dats a vry beautiful dress u hv on allow it to shine...the belt made dat dress look like a streetwalker.     Carniriv aint that bad.. Why the comparism with calabar carnival.. We know calabar carnival is better but one unique event I like about carniriv is there cultural float(different local goverment bands in which each LGA will decorate a trailer to present their culture, wear their rich traditional outfits, dance to their rhythm. Etc) which is far better than calabar's cultural float.. Though ill give the main international band(not cultural) to calabar
