DeleteIts true that record labels help in bringing up young stars but the disgruntlement that usually comes up is either the employer or employee wanting to be greedy, and most times the former is always the culprit of that greediness!

If the artiste does not make it at the end of the day, its the labels loss so why complain when they make a lot of money from the artistes that succeed. Its business. "Promote my album so we could share profit" i think the guy was not asking for more.
