Nelson Mandela discharged from hospital

After almost three weeks in the hospital, former South African president, Nelson Mandela was discharged today Wednesday December 26th. The 94 year old was admitted to the hospital on Saturday December 8th to receive treatment for a lung infection and surgery to remove gallstones, which the doctors say was successful.

    1. If this man "Mandela" were to be Nigerian he would probably have been declared dead in one of our many death centers located across the country E.g, LUTH, UBTH, UCTH, ABTH etc... Or he would have been permanently rigged to a hospital bed in the US/Germany/UK or even India.

  17. Note to OBJ, GEJ etc. he wasn't flown overseas. As a physician trained and residing overseas, I would LOVE to come home and practice but the environment (mind U I'm not even asking that the government to build hospitals) doesn't allow for this.
    I'm home for Christmas and I really want to stay but...
