Soft-spoken 18-year-old American wins Miss World

  5. no actually Chinwe, you should not compare two women of different colors- both are beauties in their own ways- I think it came down to personality and this is why Miss US won hands down and also obviously she really stood out from the rest of the crowd! Remember that she was chosen by former Miss World winners, including our own Agbani.

  8. I think the judges are professionals; this is something that involves the whole world so the best emerges the winner. Congrats Miss America and she’s so young. Still a teenager.

  13. Thank you, Chinwe! I was coming to say the same thing but you got to it first. Emma Wareus from Botswana is much, much prettier than the winner, I agree HOWEVER they based their judgement on more than physical beauty, we don't know how Ms. Bostwana handled the talent as well as the question/answer portion.

  16. pls i watched the show. Miss botswana
    was better at the talent show, the dance and the 30 second question. Plus the other contestants were actually rooting for her. u could actuall y feel the dissapointment from the crowd when miss USA was crowned. i coulda sworn i heard some boos!!
